In October, Ripley fought Dakota Kai in a dark match before the first ever all-pay-per-view women’s event, Evolution. Ripley lost her title to Toni Storm at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool on January 12, 2019. It was the first time she had lost in the brand.
