Justin is the global CEO of Publicis Emil, an agency model that was created by Publicis Groupe to help Daimler change its marketing and business. The model is based on the transformative “Power of One” proposition. With the whole Publicis Groupe working as one team, Justin led the creation of Publicis Emil and the win of Mercedes-Benz in 37 markets. Justin is also the Publicis Groupe Chairman for DACH and a member of the Publicis Groupe Management Committee. Justin used to be the COO of Publicis Communications. In that role, he was in charge of improving the performance of our agency networks, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett, MSL, Prodigious, and others, in Europe and Latin America. Before this, Justin was the Worldwide COO of Saatchi & Saatchi. Before that, he was the CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi China in Shanghai for five years.
