Udoka started 75 of the games he played in during the 2006–07 season after only appearing in 12 NBA games in his career. He averaged 8.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 0.9 steals in 28.6 minutes of play per game.
Udoka committed to the San Antonio Spurs in 2007. He participated in 73 games, scoring 5.8 points and pulling down 3.1 boards per 18 minutes.
