After working with Adidas, Addison Rae is seeing a lot of hate on social media. The Instagram post by the popular TikTok user featured the Praying’s Holy Trinity Bikini. The swimwear was criticized by internet users for disrespecting Christianity.
The He’s All That actress wore the $100 bikini top with the words “Father” on one side and “Son” on the other in an Instagram post on Tuesday, August 3. The bikini’s top was the only portion of it that was shown on social media. “Holy Spirit” is written on the bottom of the bathing suit.
While the 21-year-old Addison’s famous friends went bonkers over her picture, as Tate McRae said, “oh my god Addison,” and Mark Hunter, aka “The Cobrasnake,” wrote, “home run,” others criticized the swimsuit and the social media star for supporting the brand.
On Wednesday, the Christian TikToker removed the Instagram post.

The duet did not garner much praise on the internet. Rae was criticized online for representing the brand in addition to the influencer receiving a lot of criticism for wearing the swimsuit. Many people were upset with the cult-favorite company for producing the derogatory bikini about Christianity.
Adidas made a wise choice in selecting Addison Rae to market the Praying collection because they understood that uproar would ultimately increase sales and attention.
God isn’t real, therefore I wish Addison wouldn’t fall in to the criticism.

I was disgusted to see Addison Rae’s offensive adidas-sponsored bathing suit that mocked Christianity after having just finished my back-to-school shopping at the adidas outlet. Enough!

Even though the Louisiana native identifies as a Christian, accepting the corporate sponsorship didn’t appear to upset the Obsessed singer. Rae studied at the Shreveport, Louisiana-based Calvary Baptist Academy.
Monty Lopez and Sheri Easterling, Rae’s parents, were devout Christians. Along with their three children Addison, Lucas, and Enzo, the parents all participated in the religion.
Although online sites assert that the singer-actress was raised in a Christian home, Rae has never previously mentioned openly practicing her faith.
Rae is not the only notable person who has sported the renowned Adidas bikini. Recently, Christina Aguilera posted a photo to Instagram while wearing a bikini that said “Père,” “Fils,” and “Esprit Saint” in French. A religious experience, the singer captioned the video.
