Who Are Glen and Glenda? Were they in the movie about Chucky?
The second episode of Chucky’s second season features Glen and Glenda. The characters, on the other hand, come from the 1998 movie “Bride of Chucky.” In the movie, Chucky and Tiffany make love, which makes Glen and his twin sister. In the next movie in the series, called “Seed of Chucky,” the characters are back. Glen and Glenda have a hard life because they are stuck in a doll and only slowly find out who their parents are. They have to share the same body and fight all through the movie for control.
But at the end of the movie, Glen kills Chucky and then loses his mind. With the help of their mother, Tiffany, who is in the body of actress Jennifer Tilly, is able to turn them into people. Are Glen and Glenda Gay?
Glen and Glenda are born in the bodies of dolls, which makes it hard for them to figure out their sexuality. At the end of “Seed of Chucky,” the siblings’ bodies are split into those of a girl and a boy. At first, Glen and Glenda say they are boys and girls, which suggests they are not gay. In the TV show, however, non-binary actor Lachlan Watson plays both Glen and Glenda, who are twins. Who are Chucky’s Glen and Glenda?
First, let’s go all the way back to the movie Bride of Chucky from 1998. After Chucky and Tiffany are both inside dolls, they have a sweet scene together, which leads to Tiffany giving birth at the end of the movie. In the 2004 sequel, Billy Boyd, who played Aragorn in The Lord of the Rings, gave the Seed of Chucky a voice. Glen starts the movie as a sideshow attraction, but he finds out who his parents are and brings both Tiffany and Chucky back to life.
When they first met, Glen not only wanted to be violent like their parents, but he also found the idea repulsive. Eventually, it became clear that Glen and his twin sister Glenda shared the same body. The fact that they were both named Glen was a reference to Ed Wood’s cult classic movie of the same name. Glen is the quiet and kind one, while Glenda is the one who kills people. In Seed of Chucky, Jennifer Tilly played herself, and through some kind of voodoo magic, she got pregnant with twins who were ready to be born very quickly. At the end of the 2004 movie, Glen and Glenda are both human children living as normally as a former doll can. This leads to tonight’s episode of the Chucky TV show, which is 18 years later.

In Chucky, who plays Glen and Glenda?
As mentioned above, Billy Boyd, who played Aragorn in Lord of the Rings, did the voices of Glen and Glenda in the first Seed of Chucky. He has since been replaced because the characters are so different. Lachlan Watson, who plays Sabrina on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and is nonbinary, will play both roles in the Chucky series. “When Seed of Chucky first came out in 2004, it didn’t do well,” the show’s creator, Don Mancini, told ComicBook.com in an exclusive interview. “So, when we made Curse of Chucky and Cult of Chucky, the people we were working with at the time told me I couldn’t make any references to those characters, even though I wanted to. I’m not trying to make them out to be bad at all. They were great and helped a lot with making those movies. But I think they thought, “Okay, people didn’t like Seed of Chucky, so we don’t want to give them anything that reminds them of that.” I mean, I didn’t feel that way. I think that’s why they did it.”
In Season 2 of the horror show Chucky, the killer doll made by Don Mancini is back. Chucky (Brad Dourif) is not alone this season, because Tiffany Valentine came back in the last season (Jennifer Tilly). Glen and Glenda, two of the most popular and complicated characters in the Chucky movie series, are also introduced in Season 2. The character with red hair comes to life in the official trailers, and fans will recognize the actor playing the part from another popular show.
In the movie series, who is Glen/Glenda?
Horror fans know the story of Chucky and Tiffany from the movie series. In the 1998 movie Bride of Chucky, two characters put their souls into killer dolls. Somehow, they get pregnant. In Seed of Chucky, the child’s name is Glen, and he is found by a ventriloquist who keeps him in a cage and uses him as a puppet.
Glen finds out that his parents are Chucky and Tiffany while he is watching TV. Glen is much nicer than his parents, and he doesn’t have the same desire to kill as his parents. He gets away from his captors and ends up in Hollywood, where he meets his parents. They are upset that their child, who was born to two serial killers, is not also a killer.
But as they carry out their plan to get Tilly pregnant so that Glen can give her his soul, they find out that he has a second self named Glenda. Glenda doesn’t do anything for most of the movie. By the end of the story, Tiffany has successfully moved her soul to her twin children, Glen and Glenda. Glen and Glenda are played by Lachlan Watson, who is a grown-up teen, in Season 2 of Chucky.
