This Sunday, Ward and Rohr will return with a brand-new episode of the well-liked crime drama City on a Hill.
The television show was developed by Charlie MacLean and is based on a story by Ben Affleck and MacLean. The setting of City on a Hill is Boston in the early 1990s, where lawyer Decourcy Ward and crooked FBI veteran Jackie Rohr develop an odd friendship. Together, the two take on a case that transforms the Charlestown family of armed car robbers and the city’s entire criminal justice system.

When will City on a Hill, Season 3, Episode 4 air?
The third season’s fourth episode of City on a Hill will debut on Showtime on August 14 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Hotstar also offers a streaming option for it.

The forthcoming episode’s official synopsis is as follows:
“Decourcy takes on a complex case involving a slain police officer in her bid to become Boston’s next district attorney. Caysen, who is growing more and more estranged from the officers in his unit, gets enlisted as his helper. The Rohrs leave off Benedetta for her first year at NYU as the Drydens work to find a solution to their Victoria issue. When they return with empty nests, there is no silence. A sinister secret is revealed when Siobhan receives a frightening phone call.”

A Program of Complete Disorder, the previous City on a Hill Season 3 episode, was helmed by Christoph Schrewe and written by J.M. Holmes. On Sunday, August 7, it aired and showed Jackie trying in vain to find out what actually happened to Dominique as he was on his way to work.
Once Jackie Rohr realised that everything was a business transaction, he went to two FBI agents and offered to help them with one of his old cases. Jackie Rohr then utilised this interaction to obtain the information he needed. Victoria, meanwhile, locked herself in her chamber before using Moustafa’s assistance to flee.
Ward was still at his father’s house and had a hard time understanding why his father had decided against getting help. Franklin stepped in when he and Louie got into a fight about Louie’s propensity for attacking police officers. He explained to his boys that they had become so enmeshed in their respective worlds that they had forgotten that they might both be correct.
He advised Louie to recognise that there were issues with the institution and to consider the entire city and country rather than simply his immediate surroundings. Franklin then shifted his attention to Ward and chided him for having too much confidence in his ability to bring about genuine change in Boston.
On the other hand, Jenny kept running into Doyle at the project where she volunteered. Doyle assumed that Jenny must not have a good relationship with her father because he was unaware of their past. Doyle once arrived at Jenny’s home with her father and extended an invitation, much to Jenny’s distress. He prowled around Jenny’s home as if he owned it, infuriating her to the point where she attacked him, necessitating Doyle’s intervention.
Siobhan struggled with her trauma even as she prepared to confront the formidable organisation in charge of the Big Dig. She tried to console Ward after she woke up from a nightmare one night but failed to realise that he was still at his father’s house. Ward made another attempt to persuade his father to accept treatment, but he failed, and that evening, he passed away.
In a different scene from City on a Hill Season 3 Episode 2, Rick Dunleavy was attacked by Chris Caysen. After Victoria fled her house, her whereabouts became the main unsolved mystery of the episode. Jackie went to the guy’s college and threatened him, but he received nothing significant, which led the boy to conclude that Moustafa truly loved Victoria.
Jackie later acknowledged that he had conducted his inquiry in a fundamentally flawed manner while speaking with Letitia. Given that Dominique was Victoria’s only other friend outside Moustafa, it made reasonable that she would be there.
When Sinclair visited Dominique just before her death, Jackie returned with the girl, the proof, and the wine bottle he had taken with him. In order to buy Jackie’s silence, Sinclair bought him a BMW near the end of City on a Hill Season 3 Episode 2.

Speak When You’re Angry, the forthcoming episode of City on a Hill Season 3, will centre on Jenny not telling Jackie about Father Diarmuid visiting her with her father and Jackie subsequently beating him, according to the official trailer. If Sinclair pushes Veronica to leave, she can threaten to call the police and be sent away for three months to London.
