The second season of P-Valley debuted on Starz following a two-year hiatus since the show’s initial appearance in 2020. The first episode aired on June 3, 2022, and further episodes have continued to air every Sunday since. The second season’s episode 7 unfortunately didn’t air on time because there was a planned airing delay for the programme.
The imaginary Mississippi town of Chucalissa is the setting for the stripper drama, which tells the tales of Nicco Annan’s Uncle Clifford, the owner of The Pynk, and the ladies that work for him. Season 2 focuses on Uncle Clifford and her girls’ life outside of the club while delving deeply into their origins and backstories.
The current season, which was set up soon after the epidemic, depicts how everyone’s chances have radically changed. To the chagrin of Mercedes and Uncle Clifford, Hailey has recently bought a majority stake in The Pynk. She must now find a method to maintain the company while fighting the impulse to close it down and move on.

Nicco Annan discussed the surprises revealed this season in an interview with Digital Spy.
“So this season – in season 2 – you get to get more into that backstory, to see how this place was a cotton mill, and then it transformed into a juke joint, and there was a passing of hands between Ernestine (Loretta Devine) and Uncle Clifford’s mother, Beulah, and then from Beulah to Uncle Clifford,” Loretta Devine explained.

We are called in because of a gap shift that occurred there, and as a result, season 2’s narrative and story are expanded upon.
A little more information about what to expect is revealed in the episode’s promo. It implies that Autumn (Elarica Johnson) may face a confrontation from Uncle Clifford about the selling of her inheritance. Terrica and Mercedes (Brandee Evans) discuss Terrica’s unintentional pregnancy as the two discuss their options.
Jackson, the title of episode 7’s official summary, reads as follows:
“Uncle Clifford unlocks the door to the past while battling with her future. Mercedes is battling the challenges of motherhood in the meantime.” The seventh episode of P-Valley will focus on a crucial plot development after Lil Murda and Uncle Clifford.
This upcoming episode will feature a highly emotionally charged Lil Murda. In the last episode, the character had recently lost Big Teak, and he is now balancing his sorrow with a number of other difficulties, including needing Clifford’s forgiveness. Even when he wants something, that doesn’t mean he will get it.
Another teaser depicts Murda making an effort to show Clifford that he is, in fact, a kind man. He achieves this by attending to Ernestine’s medical needs. At this point, it is safe to assume that the story is more complex than first appears. While Lil Murda wants to win Uncle Clifford over, it’s also fair to say that he enjoys showing off his compassionate side.
