Both of Troy Aikman’s parents, Kenneth and Charlyn Aikman, got divorced when he was young.
The divorce between Troy Aikman’s parents, Kenneth Aikman (Troy’s father) and Charlyn Bailey Aikman (Troy’s mother) took place in March of 2000.
On November 9, 2022, her mother, Charlyn Marie, breathed her last breath and passed away. At the age of 80, she died away quietly at the home that she shared with Aikman in Lewisville, Texas. Her son Troy, her two children, and her grandkids were among those who were able to carry on after her passing.
After learning of his mother’s passing, the former American football quarterback, now 55 years old, shared a touching photo on social media in which he can be seen comforting his mother, Charlyn. Emotional lines that Troy authored included the following: “My whole life, I’ve held the firm belief that there are angels living among us. My mother was one of those angels that helped us out.”
His mother, Charlyn Bailey, raised him on her own as a single parent because his real father, Kenneth, abandoned the family when all three of the Baileys’ children were still very little. Kenneth is his biological father. As a consequence of this, he maintained an unbreakable tie with his mother and had a very close relationship with her.

This couple has two children together: Jordan, who is 21, and Alexa (20). In the year 1998, the former quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys and Rhonda, who was working at the time as a publicist for the organization, crossed paths with one another.
They were together for a total of four years before getting married in 2000. A year later, in 2001, they became parents for the first time, to a daughter whom they called Jordan. And in the year 2002, the family had their second daughter, who they named Ally.
In 2017, he tied the knot for the second time. Specifically to Capa Mooty this time. They are four years apart in age from one another.

It was through his employment as a welder that he was able to care for his family and ensure that his wife and children had everything they required to live a happy and healthy life.
His father, Aikman, had been employed in the construction industry for a number of years as a welder and building supervisor when he made the decision to move his family to a farm that he had recently purchased and that was situated in close proximity to a small town. There were 172 acres of land included in the property.
When Troy was growing up, despite the fact that he recognizes the tenacity and perseverance of his father, he found that living at home was rarely a source of enjoyment for him because there was continual friction between his father and mother.

On November 9, 2022, at the age of 80, Charlyn passed away in a calm manner at her home in Lewisville, Texas. Charlyn places a high priority on maintaining strong bonds with her immediate family members. She has six children and grandchildren, and a considerable deal of her time is devoted to spending time with them.
She valued the time she had to spend with her friends and family as well as her needlework. The one-of-a-kind quilt, pillow, or tapestry that she embroidered by hand and customized specifically for each member of her cherished family will be revered beyond measure for the rest of their lives.
