The Walking Dead Theories: Will Lance or Leah Kill Maggie?

The eleventh and last season of AMC’s post-apocalyptic show “The Walking Dead” shows a fascinating chapter in Maggie’s life. It is for the good of Alexandria that she joins hands with the man who killed her husband. Her life is in danger from the Reapers, a group of people who don’t like her old home Meridian. Lance Hornsby, the deputy governor of the Commonwealth, comes to bother her again after she has fought off the Reapers. Maggie raises her gun at Lance in the fifteenth episode of season 11. Most likely, this makes him want to start a fight with her, so he starts. It’s possible that he wants to hire Leah to do something that will kill Maggie, which would be bad for the show’s fans. Is that all right? Let’s share our thoughts on the same. There are going to be spoilers down the road.

Lance or Leah: Will They kill Maggie?

When Lance hears about Toby Carlson’s death, he has a lot of questions in his head. Lance decides to look for the religious group and the stolen guns in Hilltop. Maggie opens the gate of Hilltop to Lance, who tells him that Maggie was a part of Carlson’s death and the group’s escape from Hilltop. In the end, he is held at gunpoint by Maggie because he talked to her son. Lance leaves Hilltop, but he still wants to take Maggie’s community from her. When he meets Leah, it seems like it makes him think of her as a possible ally in a possible fight against Maggie.

Lance wants to be in charge of Alexandria, Hilltop, Oceanside, and other survivor communities under the guise of helping. When Lance takes advantage of Alexandria’s uninhabitable conditions, he succeeds in taking over the community by using the front of renovation to get people to trust him. It turns out that Lance doesn’t like Maggie very much because she’s a different kind of game. In the end, he can’t fool and make a deal with her, which hurts his plans. Because Oceanside also works with the leader of Hilltop, Lance knows that Maggie is a big obstacle in his way because Maggie is a member of the group.

when he finds out that Maggie has helped the religious group, Lance loses his temper. He sees that she is getting stronger with more and more friends. The more Maggie makes it clear that she doesn’t mind him being shot at with a loaded gun, the more Lance might think about how to get rid of her power, either by killing or cutting her down on her power. Maggie’s life could be in real danger if he joins forces with Leah. For killing her family, Leah might try to get back at Hilltop’s leader. If that’s the case, Maggie isn’t very far from death at all.

However, Maggie may not have died yet, so we may not have to worry about her. It was in March 2022 that AMC decided to make a spin-off show called ‘Isle of the Dead,’ which is about Maggie and Negan. This shows that the character doesn’t die in ‘The Walking Dead.’ We may see her fight back against Lance and Leah’s efforts to end her life after the show is over. There is a chance that Maggie will win even if there is a fight with the two of them. There are many people who help Maggie. Lance or Leah might not be able to kill her if they try.
