Several Sandy Hook families, like the Heslins and the Lewises, have filed lawsuits, saying that because of the Sandy Hook hoax claims, they have been abusing victims for years.
Heslin talked about how he could hold his son even though he had a bullet hole in his head. He even talked about how bad the wound was on his baby’s body. A key part of the case is a 2017 Infowars broadcast that said Heslin didn’t hold his son.
The jury saw a picture of a happy Jesse at school from two weeks before he died. The parents didn’t see the picture until after the shooting.
