Roddy Ricch, an American singer and songwriter, was recently playing at the Openair Frauenfeld Festival in Switzerland when a fan climbed on stage in the middle of his set.
Several security guards stopped the fan from getting on stage. But even though the security guards were taking care of the overly excited fan, Roddy Ricch took matters into his own hands. Before going on with his show, he kicked the fan several times.
It’s not clear if Ricch dropped the mic on purpose or by accident while running towards the fan, but the artist picked it up and ran toward the fan. Ricch was singing his hit song “The Box” at the time of the accident.

Others said that 2022 has not been a good year for Ricch, pointing out that he was arrested earlier in the year. Some fans also said that Ricch was like Playboi Carti, who hugged a fan who made it on stage at the festival.
Even though netizens agreed that the fan was wrong for what he did, they said that the performer didn’t need to get violent because the problem was already being fixed.

Roddy Ricch was stopped on his way to the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City last month.
Reports say that the 23-year-old singer had a gun in the car he was riding in. The New York Police Department (NYPD) found a loaded gun, nine rounds of ammunition, and a large capacity magazine in the singer’s car. Ricch and two other men from New York were all charged with having guns.
Ricch, whose real name is Rodrick Moore, was charged with illegally having a gun, having a device that feeds a lot of bullets, and illegally having the device. Michael Figueroa, 46, from Brooklyn, and Carlos Collins, 57, from New York, were the two men riding with Ricch in his car. They too were charged the same way.
A security company told the officers at the venue that a gun was seen in a car that was coming onto the property. Under the passenger seat, the police found a Canik 9mm handgun with 9 bullets in its large magazine. The singer was arrested, but the charges against him were dropped less than a day later.
