The Placer County Sheriff’s Office posted the following on their Facebook page on August 17: “Today is day 12 of the investigation for 16-year-old Kiely Rodni. Kiely and her vehicle are still missing, but the Placer County Sheriff’s Office and Nevada County Sheriff’s Office are still using a lot of resources to search for them.
Earlier, Lindsey Rodni-Nieman, Rodni’s mother, had also pleaded for people to come forward and assist in locating her daughter. We are eager for any other teenagers to come forward and offer the final details of the tale that nobody can manage to put together, the woman stated. In addition, law enforcement officials advised other minors who might have information to go to a someone they trust before coming forward. That person should then convey the information to law enforcement on their behalf.
