What took place at School?
A fight at Towers High School on Tuesday morning led to a temporary lockdown, which messed up the school day and upset parents who say fights still happen at the DeKalb County school.

Lakisha Spells, a parent at Towers High, was worried about a string of recent events at the school that have been posted on social media. When the current problem started, she was at school on Tuesday to talk to the principal about a fight her son was in last month.
Spells says that as she walked down a hallway, she saw a “huge” group of kids fighting, with about five of them involved.
No one was allowed to walk through the halls, so everyone had to lock themselves in their rooms. I don’t know who started the fight.

The mother said she tried to talk to the DeKalb County Board of Education about the fight her child was in last month, but no one answered. She said that her child was attacked while he was eating lunch and that he had a concussion, a broken nose, and other injuries from the waist up.
