A tour of three paintings discovered by the late-night host throughout the previous year, including the infamous one featuring what he called “rat erotica,” will begin in September and travel to five different museums around the United States, according to a statement released on Wednesday. In exchange for showcasing the odd artwork, each institution will get a $10,000 donation from HBO, with an additional $10,000 donation going to a food bank in their local region as a thank you.

Last October, John Oliver made the offer to loan out the works of, ahem, precious art, and it appears that a number of museums were actually interested. The comic expressed his delight at the prospect of seeing the paintings in person.

For whatever reason, a large number of people agreed. As a result, throughout the course of the next six months, our collection will tour exactly five museums.”

Taking place from Sept. 7 through Sept. 28, the paintings will be on exhibit at the Judy Garland Museum in Grand Rapids, Minn. — “just as I believe Judy would have intended,” Oliver said with a laugh.
