On May 13, Francine Ehrenberg, an assistant district attorney for Morris County, suggested that Larocca be given a three-year jail term. Bramnick argued that Larocca should receive a punishment that doesn’t involve incarceration because he agreed to reimburse the money with his wife jointly.
