There has been a lot of internet discussion about his former relationship and affairs with attorney Casey Greenfield since the news of his departure from CNN broke.

In March 2009, Greenfield, a delightful author and lawyer with ginger hair who attended Yale University, gave birth to a sweet child. Greenfield has managed to escape the spotlight despite the turmoil surrounding Jeffrey Toobin’s departure from the New Yorker.

Toobin and Greenfield had a long-lasting illicit connection. Greenfield gave birth to his child in 2008. Toobin offered her have an abortion in exchange for money. Greenfield, though, rebuffed him, and he threatened her.

Despite Toobin’s initial denial, Casey gave birth to his son Roderick Henry in 2009. After a DNA test revealed that Toobin was the child’s biological father, a Manhattan family court judge decreed that he must pay child support. Currently a single mother, Casey Greenfield is supported by her family.

Toobin, 62, was sacked from The New Yorker on October 19, 2020, for masturbating in front of the camera during a Zoom video conversation between The New Yorker staff members and WNYC radio.

In his statement, he expressed regret to his family and friends, claiming it was an accident. I made a humiliatingly foolish error by thinking I was off camera. The following month, Toobin was fired from The New Yorker, and as a result, he was permanently barred from participating in its broadcasts and podcasts.

Long-time CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin made his exit from the network official late on Friday. Only 14 months prior, CNN had welcomed him back following the infamous Zoom event that had destroyed his career and brought shame upon the network.
