Is Lil Yachty OK? Rapper’s van crashes on way to Rolling Loud Miami, worried fans say ‘hope he’s good’

Rolling Loud Miami 2022 began at the Hard Rock Stadium on Friday, July 22. It is one of the best hip-hop festivals in the country. The famous festival with a great lineup of artists got off to a rough start when one of the artists, Lil Yachty, was in an accident.

When the incident happened, Lil Yachty and his crew were reportedly on their way to Rolling Loud Miami. A few videos of the Georgian man quickly getting into a different car after his black van was badly damaged were posted on the Internet. People on social media were quick to respond to the accident by saying prayers for his health. A few people, on the other hand, joked that the 24-year-old rapper’s music saved the festival. Future, Kendrick Lamar, and Kid Cudi will be the headliners for Rolling Loud Miami 2022 on three different days.

One of the performers at this year’s Rolling Loud Miami is Lil Yachty. He and his crew were in a black van on their way to the event. Even though we don’t know exactly what happened, the videos that went viral on Twitter showed that the rapper’s van was completely wrecked on the right side. It was no longer possible to move the vehicle.

The video also shows Lil Yachty moving quickly to another black van as the rest of his crew gets out of the van that was damaged. So far, the “Speed Me Up” singer hasn’t talked about what happened on his social media, but it was said that he was fine and played at the prestigious festival. Kanye West, who was supposed to be the main act at Rolling Loud Miami, pulled out. Then, his friend-turned-enemy Kid Cudi was brought in to take his place.

Deadline got in touch with the co-founders of Rolling Loud, Tariq Cherif and Matt Zingler, to find out why Kanye West pulled out of the festival. “We were excited that Ye would be the main act at Rolling Loud Miami 2022. We worked with him and his team on the show for a long time. In the joint statement, they said, “Unfortunately, Ye has decided that he will no longer be performing.” The two added, “This is the first time a headliner has ever pulled out of our show, and while we don’t take it lightly, we wish him the best. Kid Cudi will be the main act in Miami, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us. From July 22 to 24, Rolling Loud Miami will take place at the Hard Rock Stadium.

People on Twitter talked about the car accident that Lil Yachty was in. “OMG I hope he’s okay,” said one worried fan. “Prayers for Yachty and everyone on the ride, plus private comments,” said another. The next person tweeted, “No, we can’t lose another legend so soon.” In another post, someone wrote, “Hope the vehicle is okay.”

Another user said, “Why are they evacuating him like he has opportunities?” “Prayers, man,” wrote one worried fan on Twitter. “This stinks.” On the other hand, one person tweeted, “He changed cars as fast as s**t.” “Hope he’s okay,” wrote one user. Someone else said something similar, “Damm, I hope he’s okay.”
