Mandy Moore is prepared to give birth to her second kid naturally, according to reports. The actress recently disclosed that because of an autoimmune condition called immune thrombocytopenic purpura, she was unable to receive an epidural while giving birth (ITP). Without taking any medicine, Moore gave birth to her first son and stated:
I don’t have enough platelets for an epidural. It was terrible. But I’m capable of doing it again. I can ascend that mountain once more. I wish there was a way to get medication; just the thought of it is so appealing. But we’ll just continue moving forward as we did before.
The Tangled actress recently provided an Instagram update on her pregnancy and mentioned that she has kept having her blood and platelet levels checked, despite the fact that they are low.

Bruising and bleeding happen frequently and easily as a result of immune thrombocytopenia. Low amounts of platelets, the cells that aid in blood clotting, cause the bleeding to occur. Purple bruises and reddish-purple spots can be brought on by this condition.

Apparently, being on a set is very different than being on a tour bus. To try to sleep while riding a wooden roller coaster was absurd. While the bus was trembling, Gus would be rising up in his Pack N’ Play, and I was thinking, “No, no, no.” We have to stop doing this.
Moore went on to add that she could do it again because she had done it previously. Every pregnancy is unique, she continued. This time, she was taking care of a toddler, and she was worried that she wouldn’t be able to sleep and that her hectic schedule might harm her baby.
Mandy Moore added that although she had been organising the tour for a while, her baby’s wellbeing came first. The tour was really difficult for her while she was carrying her second child, she admitted on social media. On Instagram, she shared the news of the tour’s cancellation and wrote:
It has been a privilege and a complete dream to perform on stage once more for you all during the past month. Although I genuinely believed I could make it through, I wasn’t pregnant when we booked these performances, and the manner we are travelling (spending long hours on the bus and having little sleep) has caught up with us, taken its toll, and made it feel too difficult to continue.
She expressed gratitude to everyone for their support and for honouring her decision at the post’s conclusion. The tickets would be returned at the location of purchase, she added.
