Harold Henthorn will appear in federal Denver court this week to contest the conviction of his second wife in Toni Henthorn’s 2012 slaying.
Because his trial attorney deceived him, behaved dishonestly, and committed fraud, Henthorn requests a new trial.
Trial lawyer Craig Truman for the convicted murderer claimed they never discuss their cases outside of court. Henthorn, though, accuses Truman of prosecutorial negligence.
