Hannah Ferrier from Below Deck Med is currently where? After being sacked in Season 5 for possessing a vape pen and Valium, an anxiety drug, without a prescription on board, the chief stew gained notoriety on the program. But it really took a while for her to leave the franchise.
On the day of Hannah’s departure, Captain Sandy was heard telling her, “I could have fired you a long time ago.” Hannah had been a fan favorite, but there was no denying that toward the conclusion of her tenure on the show, she had been more complacent than competent. What is Hannah from Below Deck Medical doing now that she has abruptly left?
Since leaving Below Deck Med, Hannah has flourished and has been accomplishing successive life goals. The chief stew gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Ava Grace Roberts, on October 26, 2020, after quitting the show.
Hannah was pictured smiling broadly while holding her daughter in the Instagram photo announcing the birth. She also included a picture of Ava’s lovely face with a prodigious yawn.
Hannah posted on Instagram once more in October 2021 to commemorate Ava’s first birthday. According to Bravo, numerous of Hannah’s former co-stars left heartfelt remarks. Happy birthday to my lovely niece Ava, wrote Anastasia Surmava. I’ll never forget my first encounter with you. And happy one-year mother’s anniversary to Hannah Ferrier, the most amazing mother I know. You have raised the most priceless child, she added.
Hannah admitted to being “on the fence” about having a second child to US Weekly in May 2021, despite the fact that she adored being a mother and had a challenging delivery with Ava. She claimed there was a chance she would alter her mind, but for the time being, all of her attention was focused on raising her infant daughter.

That’s not all, though. Hannah and Josh Roberts, her longtime partner and baby’s father, reportedly got married on March 26, 2022, according to E! News. In Australia, Hannah’s country of origin, the couple exchanged rings on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Naturally, young Ava was also quite significant on Hannah’s special day. A day before the wedding, Hannah revealed to a newspaper that her young daughter will be a flower girl.
Hannah has also been quite busy professionally. After quitting the Bravo series, she launched a podcast with Sydney-based friend and entertainment reporter Justin Hill called Dear Reality, You’re Effed!
Hannah and former stew-to-chef Anastasia Surmava created Ocean International Training Academy in August 2020 as an online program to aid those looking to enter the yachting business.
Hannah most recently revealed that she will be making a comeback to television, but it wouldn’t be on Below Deck. The Australian said on Instagram that she would be joining the cast of The Real Love Boat to assist them “in their quest to discover their perfect match.”
The Hollywood Reporter claims that CBS has approved the reality TV revival of the venerable 1970s program The Love Boat. The show’s synopsis states that Hannah, who will play the role of the cruise director, and skipper Paolo Arrigo “will play important roles in the matchmaking and navigation of the romantic (and occasionally tumultuous) waters ahead.”
