Real Madrid
Reguilón joined the Real Madrid youth programme when he was just eight years old in 2005. After completing his training on August 5, 2015, he was loaned out to the UD Logroés squad of the Segunda División B for the duration of the season.
On August 23, 2015, Reguilón earned his senior team debut by playing the final seven minutes of a home victory over SD Compostela, which the team won 3–0.
