The news from Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend Georgina Rodrguez is absolutely terrible… the couple just announced that their baby son — a twin — went suddenly under horrible circumstances.
Ronaldo and Rodrigues were expecting twins at the time.
Cristiano made the heartbreaking statement on Instagram first thing Monday morning… and it’s difficult to comprehend what he wrote.
“Unfortunately, we must inform you that our newborn boy has passed away. We are heartbroken and distraught. It is the most excruciating pain that any parent can experience “The 37-year-old soccer player shared his thoughts on social media.
“It is only because of the arrival of our baby girl that we have the fortitude to live this moment with some optimism and happiness,” said the couple.
The circumstances behind the terrible tragedy are not entirely understood at this time.

In case you forgot, Cristiano and Georgina revealed in October that they were expecting twins. When they discovered that they were expecting both a boy and a girl, they held a gender reveal party in December (with aid from the entire family).
