Kelly Schneider and Carmela Schneider are the delighted parents of Braden Schneider. His parents are overjoyed to see their kid play ice hockey for the National Hockey League’s New York Rangers as a defenseman (NHL).
The defenseman is a young professional ice hockey player from Canada. Braden was taken 19th overall in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft by the Rangers.
He also won gold at the 2018 Hlinka Gretzky Cup and represented Canada in the 2019 IIHF World U18 Championships. Schneider had 35 assists and 42 points with the Brandon Wheat Kings in the 2019–20 season. Schneider debuted in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Hartford Wolf Pack in 2021.

Kelly Schneider and Carmela Schneider have a kid named Braden of Prince Albert. Kelly Schneider, his father, works as an agent for the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He collaborates with commercial fishermen on a regular basis.
Carmela, his mother, joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as a staff sergeant in 1996. During her 16 years as a general duty police officer in northern Saskatchewan, Sergeant Schneider served as the Detachment Commander at Big River Detachment for three years and Shellbrook Detachment for two years.
Additionally, while serving as a member, Sergeant Schneider completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Native studies in the Cree language and culture, and Anthropology related to cultural dynamics.
She is the F Division representative on the National Women’s Advisory Committee and represented the RCMP at an international trade fair in Switzerland.
In 2011, Ahtahkakoop First Nation presented her with a traditional Band blanket in honor of her commitment to community policing. In October 2011, Carmela was chosen as the RCMP delegate at Community Mobilization Prince Albert.
She was elevated to an Advisory NCO (Non-commissioned Officer) for the North District Management Team in Prince Albert in January 2013, based on merit and continued excellent performance. She was responsible for the administration of 32 RCMP Detachments throughout the northern part of the province.
Kelly and Carmela have become accustomed to the many long journeys that come with being a hockey mom. They are ecstatic and proud of their son’s accomplishments.
Braden Schneider’s Parents’ Age Difference
Braden will be 20 years old in 2022, therefore his father will be in his late forties and his mother will be in her mid-forties. They have not, however, provided their birth date, which is based on our assumptions.

Marek Schneider, Braden’s younger brother, grew up with him. Marek was born on the 5th of February in the year 2003. He plays ice hockey for the Saskatoon Blades of the Western Hockey League, just like his older brother (WHL).
