Groove Hotel is a resort located on the lovely island of the Dominican Republic, and three single women in their forties will be checking in there in the hopes of finding love and living a joyful life.
A man named Quentin Lloyd, who is 29 years old, is competing on the show as one of the contestants.
Before relocating to Atlanta, he spent his childhood in Durham and his college years at Winston-Salem State University, where he participated in football.
He has settled down there and is currently serving as a police officer.
These ladies will have the opportunity to break through the double standards that older women confront on a daily basis and take ownership of their lives on the show.
They will initiate new relationships and reacquaint themselves with themselves in the process.
Sparkle, who is 43 years old and hails from Atlanta, Steph, who is 41 years old and hails from Miami, and Brooke, who is 42 years old and hails from Los Angeles are the female contestants.

In the first episode of Back in the Groove, host Taye will greet the ladies as they arrive at the hotel. After getting to know one another, the ladies will discuss the qualities they desire in the young guys.
