9-month Raylon Tucker kidnapped from Arizona home

MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA: Following what was described as “an early violent home invasion between Baseline and Miller,” the Buckeye Police Department in Arizona issued an Amber Alert at 3.45 p.m. on Friday, June 10, after a baby and his mother went missing following “an early violent home invasion.” Raylon Tucker, who was 9 months old at the time, has been recognised, and his mother, Jessica Jones Angulo, who is 19, has also been identified. Additional information was released by the department, which revealed that Angulo and three other people were involved in a house invasion that occurred at approximately 12.30 in the morning.

The news went on to describe that Angulo and three others attacked persons who were inside the house, threatened them with a gun, kidnapped the infant, and then fled the scene in their vehicle. According to the statements made by the police, one of the victims, who is also the father of the child, had an ongoing conflict with Angulo regarding custody of the child. Jessica Howard Davila, who is 36 years old and has been recognised as the suspect by the police, has been taken into custody; nevertheless, the nature of her relationship to the mother and the child remains unknown. At this time, Angulo and the third suspect, Exzavior Jones, who is Raylon’s uncle, are attempting to elude capture. A vehicle believed to be involved has also been located by the police.

Raylon Zahir Tucker was last seen in the 2 5 2 0 0 block of Freemont Drive in Buckeye, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The Arizona Department of Public Safety was cited as the source for this information. Tucker was last seen wearing a black shirt and a diaper. According to a source, Angulo and Jones are both presumed to be 19 years old and are believed to be travelling in the direction of California. According to Carissa Planalp, who works for the Buckeye Police Department, “at least one of them shot a weapon prior to fleeing, however it appears that no one has been hurt as a result of this incident.” Planalp stated, “From what we gather, there is currently a legal battle going on between the mother and the father for custody of the child.”

Nearly 12 hours after the incident, the Buckeye Police Department issued an Amber alert and announced it on Twitter with the following message: “Buckeye police are looking for 9-month-old Raylon Tucker and his biological mother, 19-year-old Jessica Jones Angulo. Angulo abducted Tucker during a violent early morning home invasion near Baseline and Miller, and she is believed to have taken the baby with her. An Amber Alert has been issued.” America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response is the acronym that is used to refer to AMBER.

In a further explanation, the Arizona Department of Public Safety stated, “Jessica Jones Angulo, the child’s biological mother, and Exzavior Jones, the child’s maternal uncle, along with two other individuals, forced their way into the residence of the child’s biological father on June 10, 2012, sometime after midnight. After Exzavior purposefully shot a revolver, multiple members of the family, along with the suspects, engaged in a physical confrontation with one another. Jessica was successful in snatching the youngster away from the 13-year-old who was running away from the conflict to find a safe location. Jessica, Exzavior, and their two accomplices ran away from the site after the crime was committed.”
