On Saturday, former Arkansas head coach Bobby Petrino had his Missouri State Bears in a position to pull off a historic upset for about 50 minutes of a 60-minute game.
He was the head coach of the Louisville Cardinals football team from 2014 until the middle of the 2018 season, when he was fired. Then, on January 15, 2020, he was chosen to be the president of Missouri State University.

His salary goes up by $25,000 because he played in the playoffs
Petrino’s base pay will go up by $25,000 a year for the rest of the first term because of a clause in his contract that says he has to meet certain goals. Every time the Bears make it to the FCS Playoffs, the match will be played again.
