Nine celebs competed in the RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race season 2 premiere on Friday. However, before the end of the first episode, the renowned show’s Season 2 dismissed award-winning American actress Loretta Devine.
The VH1 reality series’ second season debuted with a new concept that kept the celebrities’ identities a secret until the end of their elimination. At the conclusion of the programme, the winner of “America’s Next Celeb Drag Superstar” will receive $100,000 for their preferred charity.
Fabulosity, a.k.a. Loretta Devine, left the stage when her voice made it clear that it was her even before she entered.

What happened when Loretta Devine was eliminated from RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race?
RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race’s second season welcomed Grey’s Anatomy actor Loretta Devine as Fabulosity. In the show’s premiere, she was the second-to-last performer. The actor said the following in regards to her Fabulosity character:
“My career has been quite intriguing. I never imagined competing in a drag show, but at this point in my life, I’m free to do whatever the hell I want! I tell you what. I’m eager to see how amazing I’ll look because it’s new and exciting.
Fabulosity was chosen by the actress because she wanted to “be playful and a little amusing.” She uttered:
“Fabulosity is the grand diva’s of the world’s missing puzzle piece. She is amazing because of that. I’m just eager to find out if I’ll be successful. Everyone is going to be utterly shocked by this. She is amazing. She is Fabulous.
The judges gave her mixed ratings for her performance of Mary J. Blige’s Just Fine and urged her to have more confidence in herself. Observed Judge Kressley:

After Fabulosity was eliminated from the competition, she confessed that she was actually Loretta. She was the first competitor eliminated in the reality competition’s second season.
