TMZ confirms that this father and son were at the La Guardia airport in Los Angeles when a fellow passenger saw Ben punching his young son many times for dropping his book.
Elijah was taken to a hospital on Long Island for a medical checkup, but the results of that checkup have not been made clear. When the accident happened, this father and son were on their way to Chicago.
The police took the NBA star away as soon as they handcuffed him. But because Ben fought back, two police officers got small cuts and bruises.
Nine charges of the action have been brought against the NBA player who is 6 feet 3 inches tall. He has been accused of punching Elijah in the first two rounds and breaking Student candle sure.

Between 1998, when Michael Jordan left, and 2004, when Gordon joined, the Bulls never won more than 30 games in a single season. In his first year, Gordon was part of a team that went from 3–14 to 47–35 and got the fourth seed in the playoffs. He played 24.2 minutes per game and had an average of 15.1 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.9 assists. Gordon also finished with 21 games in which he scored 10 or more points in the fourth quarter. Only LeBron James had more with 22. In their first playoff game since Michael Jordan left, the Bulls lost to the Washington Wizards in six games. Luol Deng was not on the team. After the season, Gordon was given the NBA Sixth Man Award. He was the first rookie in league history to do so.
