An abusive woman strangled her partner with an extension lead while she was se*xing another man. The victim’s heartbroken family has spoken out.

The family of a guy who was murdered by his violent partner has demanding that she be executed in prison.

Mohammed Mukhtar, a helpless and vulnerable guy, was preyed upon by Charlotte Dootson, a former drug user with a personality condition, who subjected him to years of nasty and violent domestic violence.

Dootson had begun an online relationship with a man a week before the murder.

On August 30, 2021, Dootson flirted with the man in Mr Mukhtar’s flat in Manchester, and the two exchanged sexual photographs and communications.

For two hours, she bound the 53-year-old by his hands, feet, and neck with extension leads.

Dootson also strangled Mr Mukhtar, alias Amin, with an extension lead.

She was stopped on the street and later pleaded guilty to murder.

Amin’s liver was lacerated after Dootson booted or stamped him in the stomach

Amin’s family has spoken out about the tragedy, accusing Greater Manchester Police, Social Services, and the Mental Health Team for a series of errors.

“She’s a modern-day Myra Hindley and a menace to all,” brother Yasin told The Sun.

“She tortured and murdered my brother, a loving son, sibling, and uncle to 16 devoted nephews and nieces, as well as six great nephews and nieces.”

“With a swarm of pals, Amin was the gentlest and best among us, and his delicate character meant he was exploited.”

“They met in Manchester when he noticed her crying and felt sorry for her, so he walked over to comfort her.”

“His magic was his desire to assist everyone.”

“They met in 2017, but despite the fact that none of us knew what was going on, she was controlling and abusing him.”

“Before she introduced him to Spice, he was a straight-up person who hadn’t done anything dirty in his life, and he wouldn’t even drink or smoke.”

“He was a wonderful boy who only wanted to please his mother and was never a fan of Spice.”

“He wasn’t a dru**g addict; he was compelled to become one.” He was born preterm, stuttering, and deaf in one ear; he was also diminutive in stature, weighing just nine stone, making him especially susceptible.

“He had mental health issues and was depressed for the majority of his life.”

“Some people told me they didn’t look good together, that she’d yell at him and shame him in front of others.”

“However, he simply snatched everything and followed her around,” says the narrator. My brother would not reveal his residence, but she was in control of all we now know and understand.”

Dootson was given a life sentence with a minimum of 22 and a half years in jail

“We wash an Asian man at the mosque,” Yasin added, “and it was there that I noticed all of his wounds.”

“According to the authorities, he was strangled, with neck injuries and strangulation marks.”

“While we were cleaning him, you could see the cord marks around his neck and bruises on his head, face, arms, and body.”

“He had a slice mark on his right bicep with sutures in it, and he had the identical defensive wounds on his left bicep with the stitches remaining in the cut.”

“She strangled him weeks previously and was charged with domestic violence, so this death may have been avoided.”

“When she was detained, she told the cops she was going to kill him, and look what happened.”

“I had no regret at all,” she said. On her first appearance in court, she even stated that she enjoyed being in prison and that she should be kept there eternally since she will always be a danger to others, as we feel.

For allegedly attacking Amin, Dootson was detained three times. On one occasion, she was remanded in detention for a month before the case was dismissed due to his refusal to comply with the prosecution.

Her threatening behavior “intensified in frequency and severity” prior to the murder.

Fozia, Amin’s sister, described her as “pure evil and callous.” Amin was a shy young man who was always quiet and kind, and what she had done to him was unjust.

“No penalty could ever be as severe as the suffering she has caused our family.” As a family, we require answers.

“Every member of the hospital staff did their bit; they reported all of the injuries to the authorities, and they now face a number of questions.”

“The Greater Manchester Police Department simply did not do their job – they received a damning communication from the hospital four weeks before he died, and they simply did not do their job.”

“This was a high-risk domestic violence victim who waited 11 days for the police to respond, only to be contacted.”

“They never went out of their way to see whether a vulnerable individual was okay — it was just a phone call.”

“I’m sure the social workers and support staff were aware of the situation, but nothing was done to protect him.” This is a tragic circumstance that could have been prevented if proper precautions had been taken.

“The Mental Health team didn’t even have next of kin information — the family didn’t get a letter from them until six months after he died,” said the family.

“The barrister laid out all of the awful things that had happened to our brother for almost 40 minutes in court.” I haven’t slept since then because it took so long.

“In court, her family abused us.” None of them have shown regret or apologized for their actions

“She was even giving me thumbs up after my victim impact statement was read out, therefore the judge should have dealt with her more forcefully in court.”

“She should be imprisoned because she is plainly a manipulative, dominating witch who preys on the weak.”

“How many times do you have to lock up someone who is clearly a danger to others?”

The Independent Office of Police Conduct has initiated an investigation into how the domestic violence episodes surrounding Amin’s death were handled.
