Starting on Thursday, March 30th, McDonald’s will reintroduce the Szechuan sauce for a limited period exclusively on the McDonald’s app.
“Szechuan. Sauce. Is. Coming. Back. In. Just. Ten. Days…,” the fast food business revealed in a news release.
Next week, we’re launching Szechuan Sauce exclusively on the McDonald’s Apps across the country!!”
Previously, the sauce has been launched twice in collaboration areas.
The fan-favorite sauce was introduced as part of Disney’s Mulan debut in 1998, along with a collection of toys and a delicious Chicken McNuggets meal.
The sauce was also mentioned in a Rick and Morty episode from 2017, which transformed it into a social media craze in a matter of days.
