What did Daniel Durston and the other Big Brother 24 competitors who were eliminated have to say about Taylor Hale?

Daniel Durston, a contestant in Season 24 of Big Brother, was sent out of the house on August 11. On August 16, five days later, he posted a message to Instagram requesting an apology from anyone he may have “offended or provoked” by his words and deeds.

This has to do with how Taylor Hale, a woman of colour, was handled by him on the show. yelled at her when she got into a fight with Nicole Layog and Paloma Aguilar in one episode.

Daniel asked Taylor for a private one-on-one talk after the season was done in a social media post.

In an interview with US Weekly following his ouster, Daniel disclosed:

“Any tiny justification I might have for it is invalid and unjustified. Watching it back is important to me, so I’m literally taking notes and eagerly anticipating speaking with Taylor. And I will take that into consideration if I have upset somebody in the outer world.”

He continued by saying that he didn’t apologise to Taylor in the Big Brother house because he had sworn allegiance to someone else (perhaps Layog) and was concerned that things might get worse for him if he did so.

Layog said that Taylor Hale had displayed passive aggression toward her during the Bestie Twist task.

Durston is the most recent evicted candidate to add his voice to the chorus of others who have complained about Taylor Hale’s treatment on Big Brother.

I have to admit that I and other household members undoubtedly said some things that perhaps shouldn’t have been spoken.

Ameerah claimed that the situation “simply continued snowballing” and that the mob mentality was to blame for everything.

2) Joe Pucciarelli

Taylor and Joe did not fight, but Joe predicted that Taylor would “blow up” if she ever went up for eviction in a live feed. 3) Nicole Layog

Nicole stated that she wanted to be completely honest about the situation. While she did apologise for some of what she had said, she also felt that before responding to charges of being impolite, she needed to review the Big Brother programmes to think back on her time in the house.

“I am aware of my error. I mean, I am aware of the improper things I have said and the fact that I have made her aware of them.”

“I’ve made an effort, bro, to feel sorry for her. She really annoys me. None of the girls had heard her discuss games.”
