Southern Charm star Leva Bonaparte has got her own show, Southern Hospitality, on Bravo. She will showcase her personal and professional life in the upcoming reality TV show.
Southern Hospitality will air on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 9.00 PM ET on Bravo. It centers around Leva and her husband Lamar Bonaparte’s nightclub Republic Garden & Lounge. The couple has three more restaurants in Charleston, South Carolina, but the new show will revolve around the aforementioned nightclub and its employees.

Southern Hospitality Season 1: Premise
According to the following description provided by Bravo, the first season of Southern Hospitality will have the following for fans to enjoy:
“The series follows Southern Charm native and larger-than-life boss-lady Leva Bonaparte as she supervises Charleston’s “it” crowd, otherwise known as her staff at Republic Garden & Lounge. Republic is the essential restaurant that Leva and her husband Lamar own along the well-known King Street in their city, but they also own four other restaurants. Republic is the place to go for pleasure, business, or both since it is the trendiest nightclub in Charleston and serves as a backdrop for the city’s active party scene.
Working at Republic is the pinnacle of success for Leva’s crew, which consists of a rowdy group of close friends motivated by their “work hard, play hard” mentality. They are compelled to compete with one another for excellent spots and the most valuable recommendations that the city’s nightlife has to offer. She guides this group of young, enthusiastic singles through love, conflict, makeups, breakups, and everything else there is to experience. Despite the high standards that Leva sets for them, she treats them like family.
As the matriarch of the Republic, Leva finds herself with a lot on her plate as she works hard to be the voice of reason among her erratic team. “Maddi Reese, a DJ and VIP Manager at Leva, is a Charleston native born in New York City and raised in Charlotte. She entered the workforce at 20 and began working for Leva four years ago. She now manages VIP hosts while aiming to take her music career to the next level. She frequently plays at Republic and throughout the Southeast. On the other hand, her personal life has proven to be more challenging to navigate than her work life has been successful. Two men are chasing Maddi, and she is faced with a difficult decision: she can either put her strong friendship with Joe, who she works with, in jeopardy by dating him, or she can risk another heartbreak by getting back together with her unfaithful ex-boyfriend.
Mikel Simmons:
Mikel Simmons, a native of Charleston who now works as a VIP host, is known for being the life of the party wherever he goes. Mikel has been tormented by his past, mainly when he felt like he was leading a double life, but he is finally ready to come out to his beloved church community and his close friends. Even though having these talks won’t be easy, especially in the South, he sees this as the next step in finding peace with himself and believes it’s necessary. Mikel is trying to win back the trust of Leva and Lamar after he was punished for promoting another team. He is having trouble focusing on doing his best because he knows that some of the other men are pulling him to fail.
Grace Lilly:
Grace Lilly, also known as the VIP Concierge, was born in Kentucky, but her family relocated to Charleston when she was in elementary school. She has spent most of the past two years traveling to parties worldwide because she considers Charleston too tiny. Her strong beliefs influence this opinion in astrology and mysticism. Grace is known to take time off from work for self-care, and because of this, the staff picks up the slack she leaves even when she is working, so they do not enjoy it when she leaves town. Now, Grace is unaware of several of her co-workers’ plans to confront her.” “Joe Bradley/VIP Host, comes from a prosperous family in Atlanta, and he has always had the impression that he has a lot to live up to.”
He had to drop out of college and work his way up through a series of entry-level jobs until he landed a VIP host position at Republic, where he finally found his niche. Joe is ambitious to become a restaurant and nightlife impresario as Leva did. Even though he tries to demonstrate that he can manage people, his co-workers constantly remind him that he is not the person in charge. Not only does Joe’s ambition make his already complicated relationship with Mikel more difficult, but it also jeopardizes their long-standing friendships with TJ and Bradley.
Luca Pea:
Luca Pea, a native New Yorker who works as a VIP server at Republic, spends her days taking care of her son, who is two years old, and her nights in the city. The younger members of the staff adore that Luca, who is a few years older and has gained more experience, nevertheless attends the same events as them. After initially refusing to accept a relationship with her son’s father that was less than ideal and ultimately agreeing to give it another try, she quickly finds that skeletons from the past may make it hard for them to be together.
Mia Alario
Mia Alario, Hostess was born and reared in Trinidad and Tobago before moving to Charleston, South Carolina, to attend college. She received two degrees in economics and graduated with honors. Her days are spent working in a staid financial institution, while her nights are spent hosting at Republic. Mia is dedicated to her career, although she acknowledges working is something she does for enjoyment and not out of necessity. She is outspoken, socially gregarious, and always ready for a night out. She has no problem expressing what’s on her mind and finds pleasure in catching people off guard with her honesty, which frequently irritates the group. She has no problem speaking her mind. “Her fellow employees continually test Mia’s tenacity and dedication, and she is under constant pressure to demonstrate that she deserves her prized position.”
Bartender Will Kulp was born and raised in Charleston. He was a talented student who followed a career in modeling in New York City following a chance meeting with a scout. Eventually, he returned to his hometown and now resides with his parents. He continuously overcompensates by boosting himself up and putting others down, although he isn’t as far along in his job as he had intended and struggles with disappointment. Leva is aware that Will is capable of performing additional duties at Republic. Still, she thinks he will never live up to his full potential since he believes he is above working in the food sector.
Will is over heels in love with his fiancée Emmy, and he believes that the only way out of his rut is to apply to law school, although he may be having a bit too much fun to take the last step into maturity. Emmy Sharrett/VIP Server is one of four sisters, so she is no stranger to the complexities of sisterhood at Republic. Emmy recently graduated from the College of Charleston, and while she is waiting for her next big adventure, she is having a fabulous experience managing VIPs.
