Sophie Turner, an actress, revealed that she had been suffering from an eating disorder for a long time.
She admitted to having issues with her body image, which she attributed to nasty comments she got on social media. It wasn’t just the folks on social media who kept asking her to reduce weight; film and television studios did as well.
The 26-year-old actress also revealed that she had a serious condition and lived with a therapist.
She also admitted to having suicidal thoughts as a child, which she had no idea was a sign of sadness at the time.

Turner reported that she felt “much better” after the Therapy with the help of the treatment. She said, “I’ve been going to CAST Centers for Therapy. I’m on medication today, and I like myself even more than before.”
Willa Jonas, her 22-month-old daughter, is expecting another child with her husband Joe Jonas. She just deleted Instagram from her phone due to her mental health difficulties, after recognizing that social media made her uneasy.
She remarked that having it off her phone has been quite beneficial to her. The actress claims that checking her social media for a few minutes once or twice a week has made a significant difference.
Her social media accounts indicate that she is actively interested in other ventures. Turner made her feature film debut in Another Me after appearing in the television film The Thirteenth Tale. In a similar vein, she appeared in the action comedy Barely Lethal. In the X-Men film series, she played a teenage Jean Grey / Phoenix.

She stated that social media was actually making her anxious, so she stayed away from it. She didn’t have to deal with remarks about her physique because she wasn’t on social media, but film and television companies asked her to drop weight.
This had such an effect on her that her metabolism dropped to the depths of the ocean, and she began to acquire weight. All of this happened in 2019 while she was filming for Game of Thrones. Turner chose Therapy at that point.
