One Piece Film: Plot

The Toque de Paillette Pirates make their way to the island of Elegia, which is where a legendary vocalist named Uta will give her first performance.

After Uta sings her opening song, “New Genesis,” Luffy goes on stage to reconcile with her and reveals that the two of them know each other due to the fact that Uta is the daughter of “Red-Haired” Shanks. Uta is the daughter of “Red-Haired” Shanks.

They first got to know one another 12 years ago when Shanks was stationed at Dawn Island. However, one day he came back without her and said that she had departed to pursue a career as a singer.

After this, some Big Mom Pirates attempt to take Uta because the Empress wants her Devil Fruit, but Uta effortlessly subdues them with the power granted to him by the Uta Uta no Mi while singing “I’m Invincible.”

Because her ability gives the person the ability to build things through music, she can use it to lure others into her traps whenever she sings.

After the concert is over, Uta advises Luffy to give up his life as a pirate because she intends to make this performance go on indefinitely and build a world where there is nothing but joy and tranquilly.

When the Straw Hats opposed the plan, Uta launched an attack and captured all of them while they sang “Backlight.”

Only Luffy was saved by Trafalgar Law and Bartolomeo. During this time, the Five Elders can be seen watching the concert through Mary Geoise.

They view the power that Uta possesses as being a significant risk to the entire globe, and they are curious as to whether or not she is related to the Figarland family.

The Marine Fleet Admiral Sakazuki gives the order for a convoy of battleships to proceed to Elegia and subdue her under the command of Admirals Kizaru and Fujitora.

When the group led by Luffy is being pursued by Uta, they approach the castle of Elegia and there they encounter Gordon, who is Uta’s adopted father and was formerly the king of Elegia.

Gordon tells that he took in Uta following the destruction of Elegia 12 years ago, which was credited to Shanks and his company.

According to all reports, Shanks and his gang raided the island for its riches and abandoned Uta. Uta was raised by Gordon to be a great musician and was shielded from the outside world.

However, after she achieved worldwide fame through a new model on Livestream Den Den Mushi, she started to learn about the suffering that pirates inflicted on a large number of her fans. Gordon raised Uta to become a great musician and kept her sheltered from the outside world.

When Uta finally shows up, she makes it impossible for Luffy’s crew to flee, and Gordon begs her not to carry out the scheme she has been keeping a secret.

However, Uta reveals that she discovered an inscription of a song that may release a significant amount of power, which causes Gordon to become immobile.

One Piece Film: Review

Luffy’s crew runs into spies for the World Government working for CP0, Blueno, and Kalifa, as well as members of the SWORD, Koby and Helmeppo.

Koby explains that the Uta Uta no mi enables Uta to sing to humans and transport them into a dream realm known as the Uta World.

They, along with everyone else who witnessed the concert, have already been ensnared in this dream world, the reality of which is fully under Uta’s control.

When Uta goes to sleep, the Uta World comes to an end. Unfortunately for Uta, she has been abusing a substance called Wake-shrooms, which keeps her up at all times but severely reduces the length of her life. Everyone in the Uta World would be doomed to remain there indefinitely if Uta were to perish.

When the Marines armada arrives to Elegia in the actual world, all of the concertgoers are found to be asleep.

They muffle their hearing in an effort to stop Uta from singing “Fleeting Lullaby,” but she takes control of the concertgoers and uses them to overpower the Marines, allowing her to remove their hearing protection.

The Five Elders are aware that Uta has only a few hours left to live, and they also know that if she were to pass away, seventy percent of the people of the world who were watching the concert online would be imprisoned.

The Straw Hats are able to break free of their bonds and make their way towards the castle in search of a vulnerability in Uta’s defences.

In the library, Robin makes the startling discovery that there is a method to bring both worlds together: she just needs to call upon Tot Musica, a demonic entity whose existence spans both universes.

Those who reside in the Uta World will be forced back into the real world if Tot Musica is successfully attacked at the same time in both worlds.

Uta picks up where she left off with her performance in the dream world, but this time the audience is starting to push back against the notion of permanently settling down in her sphere of influence.

As Uta’s mental state continues to deteriorate, she converts each of them into inanimate objects. After this, Luffy approaches Uta, and Gordon informs him that Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates have joined them in the actual world. In the real world.

Luffy has already left Elegia by the time he awakens on the Thousand Sunny with the rest of his crew.

He is able to observe the ship of the Red-Haired Pirates as it sails away, and he watches the crew as they stand over a coffin that most likely contains Uta’s body.

Uta’s childhood song “Where the Wind Blows” is played during the closing credits, and various characters from all over the world can be seen listening to her music.
