Is Cory Foster locked up? For Katie Palmer, Justice
Since Cory Foster was never charged, he is not in jail.
According to many sources, a trooper contacted the driver following the collision. The troper allegedly smelled his breath and gave himself a sobriety test. Foster breezed through the exam.
