Jason Williams’ wife was met somewhere, right? Examining the relationship of the Flip to a Million star before the start of Season 1

The new HGTV series, Flip to a Million, will feature Chicago’s “Real Estate Expert” Jason Williams and his wife EJ Williams. In 2002, the two connected at a concert.

The pair will successfully flip a Dallas house in six months to reach a $1 million house sale in the six one-hour episodes. Jason and his wife will attempt to demonstrate that “in the world of real estate, it’s possible to start out with absolutely nothing and transform it into a fortune,” the show announced in a press release.

The registered real estate broker has more than 15 years of expertise constructing homes and selling multi-million dollar properties in Chicago and has a degree in marketing.

Jason shares his wife’s belief that communities may be rebuilt one house at a time by raising property prices. In 2010, the pair established Ultimate Real Estate Group, LLC, a separate real estate development business.

Couple from Flip to a Million For seventeen years, Jason Williams and EJ Williams have been wed

2002 saw Jason and EJ first meet at a Freeway show. When Jason noticed EJ, the pair were having fun with their buddies. He then went over to her and struck up a conversation. EJ explained to HGTV how they first met:

Jason stopped me as I was on my way to the restroom. He requested my phone number after we had a brief conversation.
EJ was shocked to learn that her brother and friends knew Jason. He was acquainted with Joseph, EJ’s younger brother, from college. She uttered:

I pointed him out to my pals when I got back, and I was astonished to learn that they were both familiar with Jason from high school.
The pair got married after spending some time together and falling in love. “Recently celebrating 17 years of marriage,” they said. A teenage daughter is born to the couple.

The Flip to a Million couple’s journey Beginning house flipping with Jason and EJ?

Jason and EJ developed a regular pattern after being married where they would return home, “make supper, hug up and watch HGTV.” They began to become interested in flipping houses about this time. The pair decided to flip a house after years of watching home renovation programmes.

According to the website of the Ultimate Real Estate Group, the couple made a significant profit in 2006 after purchasing and selling a Chicago bungalow on the city’s south side with a little assistance from their pals. EJ recalled their first flip, which happened 16 years prior:

We made about $60,000 from it, so we made the decision to continue

The pair started out flipping properties in addition to their sales work, but eventually made it their full-time business. They both established a reputation for themselves as successful “flippers” in Chicago after flipping more than 200 homes.

Jason initially believed that it would be “impossible” to flip a house in a new location like Dallas on a $1000 budget when he heard about Flip to a Million and its premise. Nonetheless, the pair chose to take a gamble because they believed that Jason’s “knowledge of building, project management, and his knack for finding deals,” mixed with EJ’s “eye for design, functional layouts, and successful marketing,” can help them close the transaction.

If so, will they be successful? On Monday at 9 p.m. ET on HGTV and Discovery Plus, see husband-and-wife team Jason and EJ renovating homes.
