Jacob Morgan, a juvenile offender, is currently serving a life sentence for the 2015 murder of his younger brother, who was only 14 months old at the time.
In 2016, he is suspected of having committed arson of the third degree, involuntary manslaughter, and child neglect. It is necessary for him to spend the remaining 15 years of his life behind bars.

Since March 2015, Jacob Matt Morgan has been incarcerated on the charge that he was responsible for the death of his half-brother Joshua Alexander Hill. At this particular hearing, only Morgan’s mother spoke in favour of her son’s release in 2021; however, there were no other witnesses or speakers present.
