I apologize”- Lana reacts after recent tweet leaves fans furious

In response to a recent message that caused some controversy, Lana has written an apology on Twitter.

Thanks to her time with WWE and her non-wrestling endeavors, Lana, aka CJ Perry, has amassed enormous fame over the years. On her official Twitter account, she counts more than a million followers.

Recently, Perry replied to a guy who appeared to be homeless by saying they still have a mobile device to tweet from. The tweet infuriated Twitter users, and the former WWE Superstar faced severe blowback as a result.

Lana has been tweeting extensively over the last four hours to clarify what she meant by the initial message. She said that she had experienced homelessness twice and that she has nothing but compassion for those who are destitute.

“Let me clarify something on a tweet that has been making the rounds. Most people are unaware of my two stints as a homeless person while pursuing huge aspirations. Being homeless myself, I have a great deal of compassion for those who are. However, I was happy to have a phone since I could tweet from it “wrote the former WWE star.

Lana discussed attempting to erase the horror of homelessness from her memory in another tweet. She concluded her essay by claiming that the abusive remarks from Twitter users had brought back memories of her suffering.

“It’s absurd to talk about being homeless and to now be beginning to recall all the locations I slept that I had before erased from memory. Trauma is genuinely blocked from our memories and brains. I can appreciate many Twitter users for re-igniting my trauma from homelessness “She composed.

She finally issued an apology for her tweet and made it clear that she didn’t mean to offend anyone with it.

Lana’s apology didn’t appear to please Twitterati.

In a short time, fans responded in masse to the star’s apologies. It appears from the responses that her fans are not pleased with the apologies that she issued.

According to statistics, America has more than 580,000 homeless persons in January 2020. Homelessness is obviously a very delicate subject, and many people found Lana’s initial tweet to be tone deaf.
