Mark was worried that the photo was sent without Wulff-Jones’ permission, and he pointed out that there are laws in some states that say intimate photos can’t be shared without the person’s permission.
Erika told Insider that she didn’t know about the text message exchange, but she didn’t seem interested in putting her husband in jail.
