Rapulana Seiphemo was born in Meadowlands (Soweto), Gauteng, South Africa, on November 4, 1967. He went to Anchor Comprehensive High School in Orlando West in Soweto, Gauteng.
Rapulana Seiphemo enrolled at Texas A&M University in College Station, in Brazos County, Texas, to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA).
His 1995 Bachelor of Arts degree included acting, English, psychology, sociology, and theatrical production emphasis.
Rapulana Seiphemo is married to Olga Rubeiro. In Swaziland’s Ezulwini in 2003, the pair said their vows at the Royal Swazi Sun. The couple has three children: a daughter named Katlego, an actress, and two sons whose names haven’t been revealed.
