In the year 2022, the Gate exam pattern will be conducted in online mode. The GATE exam will be conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology i.e. IIT.
With a total syllabus of 29 papers, 2 examinations will be conducted in a year which will be done on the basis of Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering and Geometrics Engineering.

GATE 2022 Exam Details
This is the Full-Form Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering of GATE. GATE exam is conducted for pursuing a master’s degree in various disciplines of engineering.
This exam is conducted by the Indian National Institute of Science, National Coordination Board, Department of Higher Education, seven IITs of the country, and Ministry of Human Resource Development.
Through this test, those students have assessed whether those students are eligible for higher studies in premium institutes of India or not.
GATE Exam 2022 Eligibility Criteria

- Educational qualification-
- Bachelor’s Degree of Five Years in Architecture.
- BE, B.Tech, B.pharm Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Final year students can also apply for the exam.
- Four Years Degree after B.Sc, Post Diploma.
- Master’s degree holders in Science, Mathematics, Computer Application, Statistics or final year students in these branches can also participate.
- Age limit-
There is no minimum age limit to apply for the GATE exam.

GATE 2022 Documents Required
If you want to appear for the GATE exam, then collect all the necessary documents given below. If you have all these documents then you are eligible to apply.
- 1 Photo Identity Documents – Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Employee ID, College ID
- Caste Certificate Revered Candidates.
- Pan Card or Driving License,
- Disability Certificate (If Applicable),
- Dyslexia Certificate (If Eligible),
- Applicant’s passport photo.
- Applicants Signature.
