Greene led Syracuse in scoring his rookie year with 17.7 points and 7.2 rebounds per game while playing in all 35 of his games. He broke Gerry McNamara’s previous record of 85 3-pointers made in a season to become the first Syracuse freshman to lead Syracuse in scoring since Carmelo Anthony.
