The conflict between Majima and Chisato has continued with the publication of Lycoris Recoil Episode 7, titled Time Will Tell. After last week’s action-packed episode, this week’s episode will be more subdued while still providing viewers with a wealth of information about the show’s fictitious universe. As everyone is aware, at the start of the sixth episode Majima told all of the Lycoris agents about her attacks against them. Out of concern that anything might happen to either her or Chisato, Takina made the decision to move in with her partner until the threat subsided. When Takina arrived at Chisato’s residence, he was disappointed that he couldn’t beat Chisato in rock, paper, and scissors. While the two women were having a good time, Robota was running for his life because Majima was angry about his recent failures to find the D.A.’s headquarters.
Majima was supposed to kill Chisato, but Robota was able to divert his attention for long enough for the terrorist to change his mind and agree with Robota that Chisato should be killed. The seventh episode of the anime series Time Will Tell opens with Chisato and Takina attempting to draw Majima. Unfortunately, none of them are particularly talented painters, so they fail to capture the man’s features as they actually are.
Majima is replaying the scene from their previous encounter where Chisato dodged his gunfire. Both Majima and Chisato indicated a desire for one another. After the introduction, we see Chisato and Kurumi saying goodbye to a mangaka and her friend and advising her to give her next chapter of her series everything she has. Once more, two girls enter the café and engage Takina and Mizuki in a quick chat.
Chisato then makes the decision to go the restroom. At the end of Lycoris Recoil Episode 7, Chisato takes off her collar from the Alan Institute and acknowledges Majima as another Alan child.
