Bret Michaels most likely had a face transplant.
According to reports, he was critically injured in a car accident in 1994, resulting in face fractures. To repair the wound, he apparently had plastic surgery on his nose and jawline.
Many of his admirers are also intrigued as to why he always wears a bandana in public. They even think that he may be concealing his massive forehead scar. However, it appears that the hypotheses were incorrect, as several of Bret’s photographs sans the bandana show no marks. Many people assume he wears a wig, as well.
Many people believe he had plastic surgery because of the contrasts in his before and after images. He’ll probably have botox injections or maybe a facelift at the age of 58.

Bret Michaels suffered a head injury during his opening performance at the 63rd Tony Awards on June 7, 2009.
According to reports, a huge chunk of the set hit him in the head and knocked him out. The incident occurred when he was finishing his performance with Poison and exiting to the stage back. He broke his nose as a result.
Bret was admitted to the hospital on May 20, 2010, after experiencing numbness on his left side. A diagnosis revealed that he had a hole in his heart called the patent foramen ovale (PFO). His ailment, however, was operable and curable. He had an emergency appendectomy that year.
In addition, specialists determined the cause of the transient ischemic attack (TIA). His brain hemorrhage a few weeks prior was thought to be the cause. Following this occurrence, he filed a lawsuit against the Tony Awards and CBS, claiming that the previous head injury was the source of the internal bleeding.
On May 14, 2012, the parties agreed to settle the lawsuit for an undisclosed sum. Michael expressed gratitude to the Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix’s St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center for saving his life.
In May 2014, he left the stage in the middle of a performance due to low blood sugar. Following that, he underwent kidney surgery and spent time in the hospital.
