Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 12 & 13: Review

Isshin had just finished having a bath and was getting ready to explain the matter to Ichigo when he arrived at the location where they were and took Ichigo back home with him.

Finally, we get to see the mother of Ichigo, and she is every bit as stunning and dangerous as her son.

It is revealed that Quincy was Ichigo’s mother, and that his father was a Shinigami who served as the former captain of squad ten. Toshiro and Matsumoto were also there, but he remained on the third seat the whole time.

When it starts to rain at night, they begin talking about the most recent problem, which is the killing of Shinigami in Naraki city.

Isshin makes the decision to investigate the situation on his own and travels to the city. Once there, he instructs the guards to return if it begins to rain again.

As soon as it begins to rain, Isshin lets go of his spiritual pressure in an attempt to draw in the opponent; however, the adversary winds up killing the guards who were stationed at the city.

In spite of the fact that it was a Hollow, it was powerful and prevailed over Isshin in their struggle until Masaki arrived to assist him.

He laughs it off after Masaki reveals her true identity to him after she has saved him from the hollow, and he doesn’t ask any questions about it either. This is because he is grateful to her for saving his life.

It is revealed towards the conclusion that Aizen was the one who manipulated the hollow to attack Naraki city for experimental purposes. This comes to light towards the end of the story.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 12 & 13: Recap

After Masaki had rescued Isshin’s life, she began to experience odd bouts of lightheadedness on multiple occasions.

When she got home from school one day, Ryuuken’s mother questioned her about helping a Soul Reaper and putting her own life in danger.

Ryuuken’s mother was angry with her for putting herself in danger. This causes Ryuuken to become enraged, but all of a sudden, Masaki blacks out and falls to the ground.

He does not delay in taking her to see his father, and while they are traveling there, they end up running into Isshin and Urahara.

Urahara then leads them all back to his apartment, where he reveals to them that Masaki’s transformation into a hollow will permanently alter her appearance, and that she will never be the same again.

It has been determined that the immunizations that are normally used to save lives will not be effective for Quincy, and there is only one option to save her.

Isshin will have no choice but to lose his abilities as a Soul reaper and join his soul to hers in order to complete the soul tying process.

Even though he is aware of the potential risks, he is willing to put his own life at danger in order to save Masaki’s.

Because of his acts all those years ago, Masaki lives for several more years before she passes away in an unfortunate manner.

In the current day, Komamura visits his great-great-grandfather in an effort to uncover the clan’s mysteries; however, he is met with animosity by his ancestor.

However, he does not intend to give up so quickly and instead accepts the invitation to engage in combat.

Hitsugaya begins his training in Zanjutsu alongside Kensei, who also begins his training, as a result of the theft of Hitsugaya’s Bankai.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 12 & 13: Reason of Ichigo’s Mother Death? What is Auswahlen?

Isshin goes on to describe how Ichigo’s mother nearly lost her life due to the Hollowfication she incurred when battling White Hollow after he describes the circumstances under which he met her and how he first met Ichigo’s mother.

As was just stated, it was only due of Urahara’s assistance that she managed to live for a significant amount of time after that.

Isshin then moves on to discuss a topic that is significantly more weighty after he has finished telling Ichigo all of this. He tells how Masaki ultimately passed away despite the fact that she really shouldn’t have.

Isshin then thinks back to the day she passed away and reflects on how easy she should have been able to win the fight against the Grand Fisher.

It is interesting to note that he was certain that due to the powerful Quincy defensive method Blut Vene, she should not have technically incurred even a little scratch during that process.

But as it turns out, Masaki was unable to use her powers on that particular day because Yhwach stripped her of all of them, just like he did for a great number of other Quincies whom he judged to be impure during his rebirth over nine years ago.

The Auswahlen is the name of the strategy that he utilized in order to achieve this goal.

It is used to distribute power among the Quincy in such a way that whoever needs it the most finally obtains it, while those who are thought unclean or useless must learn how to function without it.

During the invasion of Soul Society, when Yhwach first encountered Ichigo, he made a passing reference to Masaki and even made it a point to tell Ichigo that the substitute Soul Reaper knows nothing about him. This is exactly what he was talking about when he made that reference.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 12 & 13: Does Ichigo Regain Zanpakuto?

Mera brings Ichigo back to Hden after he has finished learning the truth about his history and the circumstances surrounding the passing of his mother.

He is now reunited with the Asauchi and is aware of the requirements that have been set for him. When he directs his attention to the Asauchis who are present, each and every one of them bows down to him.

He then wanders in amongst all of them in order to locate the Asauchi that he is seeking for. After that, Nimaiya leads Ichigo to his forge, which is hidden under a waterfall, where his bodyguards are waiting for them.

At that point, Ichigo finds out that the only way forward is for him to finally part ways with Zangetsu. After that, he discovers that Zangetsu is actually symbolic of his Quincy powers, and the Zanpakuto Spirit is his inner Hollow.

After that, it is disclosed to Ichigo that Zangetsu is, in fact, Yhwach from a thousand years in the past, which naturally causes him to feel uneasy.

After that, he confronts Zangetsu in order to demand an answer from him. When he does, he finds out that Zangetsu was terrified that Ichigo would kill him at some time in the future if he became a Shinigami.

Therefore, he attempted to use any and all available ways to prevent that from taking place.

Ichigo, on the other hand, went on to become a replacement Soul Reaper after that.

Throughout this entire time, Zangetsu has made it a point to ensure that Ichigo has access to only a select few of his skills, while keeping the majority of his actual potential a secret from him.

Zangetsu became Ichigo’s supporter as he realized how much Ichigo had grown as a person over the course of the series.

As Zangetsu prepares to part ways with Ichigo, he at last grants Ichigo access to the full extent of his Quincy powers.

After that, Ichigo gets his hands on two new swords and, at long last, starts to have an in-depth familiarity with his powers.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 12 & 13: Where To Watch?

We meet Ryan, a man with cerebral palsy who doctors said would never walk; Nneka, a woman who was born and raised in Nigeria; and Noelle, a record-breaking paralympian who lost her leg above the knee in a moped accident.

All of these people are introduced to us within the first few seconds of the premiere that lasts for two hours.

There’s also Lindsay, a mother and pediatric nurse who has been trying to get on the show for 22 years, and Sami, a BYU student and pet cremator who says he’s a very “energizing person” (energizing isn’t a word, but nice try!) Both of these people have been applying for the show for a very long time.

You’ll get to know some of the competitors, such as Ryan, who was born three months prematurely with a mild form of cerebral palsy; Noelle, who lost her leg above the knee in a moped accident and went on to become a Paralympian and currently holds the U.S. record in the 700 meters; and Morriah, who was born three months prematurely with a severe form of cerebral palsy (who has to be the first contestant in reality TV to say she IS there to make friends).
