How Did Becky Brosnan Die?

Becky Brosnan lived in Spokane Valley, Washington, when she was killed. She was 32 years old at the time. Even though she had been married to Uriah Brosnan for a long time and they had two kids together, their marriage was about to end. In fact, they had already filed for a divorce and were in a heated custody battle in January 2009. Becky was always hopeful and looked forward to a better future. She was also determined to take her children with her. But fate had other plans. Her family and friends still find it hard to accept that such a kind person died so young and unexpectedly.

Becky was supposed to go to a family party on January 29, 2009, but she didn’t show up. Becky usually had good relationships with most of her close friends and family, so this was not like her at all. Becky’s stepmother eventually noticed that she wasn’t there. When she found out that she couldn’t call or text Becky, she called the police and told them what had happened. Even though the police did a normal investigation, they didn’t find out anything about Becky for several days.

In the end, on February 2, 2009, Becky’s number sent the stepmother a message saying that she was fine. Becky’s ex-boyfriend also got a text message from her telling him that she was leaving town. Even though these texts were not like the person, they were strange enough to make the police look into them more. During this investigation, they found Becky’s body near Ark Commercial Roofing Inc. in Spokane Valley, Washington. It was under a pile of trash. Even though the victim’s hands and legs were tied down, an autopsy showed that she died from repeated blows to the head, which is a clear sign of murder.

Who put Becky Brosnan to death?

When Becky’s stepmother first told the police that she was missing, Uriah, her ex-husband, didn’t seem too worried and said that she might have just left town. Becky’s family didn’t believe this story, and neither did the police. Uriah’s behavior was very strange, but they couldn’t link him to the crime. A few days after the report, Becky’s MySpace page looked like it was being used, and she even sent text messages to her stepmother and boyfriend at the time.

But when the victim’s friends and family checked her messages and MySpace updates, they knew Becky wasn’t who she said she was. Uriah also seemed to give different answers the second time he was questioned, which made people even more suspicious. Around the same time, the police learned that Becky and her ex-husband had a tense relationship. They also found out that Becky had gotten a no-contact order against Uriah 11 years before the murder, but it was dropped a few days later.

Also, the show said that Uriah’s boss, Tom, said that when he came to the Ark Commercial Roofing Inc. office on January 28, 2009, the day Becky went missing, he found Uriah working late. But Uriah wouldn’t let Tom into the building, so he turned Tom away from the door. This was enough for the police to look through Uriah’s office, where they found the victim’s blood on a chair and drag marks on the floor.

After that, a group of police officers searching nearby found Becky’s dead body under a pile of wood scraps. From there, it wasn’t hard to put two and two together. Once a forensic expert found out that Becky’s ex-husband had hacked into her Myspace account, the police arrested Uriah and charged him with murder.

What is Uriah J. Brosnan doing now?

Uriah J. Brosnan looked at the evidence against him once he was in court and decided it would be best to take a plea deal. So, in 2010, he admitted to second-degree murder and got 18 years in prison. Still, Uriah is still behind bars at the Cedar Creek Corrections Center in Littlerock, Washington. His prison records show that he is not eligible for parole at this time.

The latest episode of Grave Mysteries on Investigation Discovery is about the murder of Becky Brosnan, who was 32 years old, by Uriah Brosnan, who was no longer her husband.

Becky and Uriah got a divorce after 10 years of marriage and were fighting over child custody when Uriah sent Becky a text message on January 28, 2009, asking her to meet him at Ark Commercial Roofing Inc. in Spokane Valley, Washington, where he worked as an accountant.

But as they talked, they got into a heated argument that quickly turned into a fight in the parking lot.

Uriah says Becky hit him in the chest, so he hit her on the head with a hammer.

When she fought back, he took a metal bar and hit her many times until she stopped breathing.

Uriah tied her hands and feet together and then wrapped her body in plastic wrap and taped it shut.

He dragged her dead body to a nearby fence where there were pieces of wood and roof shingles and left her there.

Uriah went back to clean up the scene of the crime. While he was there, his boss Tom Wilson came back to Ark Commercial Roofing Inc. and saw that a light was on.

Uriah wouldn’t let him into the building when he went there to find out what was going on. He said he was just finishing up his work.

The next day, when Becky didn’t show up to a family get-together, her stepmother called the police. She said it was unlike her.

He wrote something on her MySpace page to make her family think she was still alive.

“I need to find myself,” the post said. Right now, I can’t trust anyone. “I’m going away for some time to myself.”

He also got into her email account and cell phone.

On February 2, 2009, Uriah texted her mom from Becky’s phone. He told her she was fine.

He sent Becky’s boyfriend another text message saying that she regretted giving up on her marriage and that she realized she still loved Uriah.

After that, the message said that she was leaving town.

The Spokane Major Crimes Unit started looking into Becky’s disappearance after five days.

When the police talked to Uriah, they found it odd that he told different versions of his story.

Spokane police Sgt. Joe Peterson said that when police searched his workplace on February 9, 2009, they found blood on an office chair and drag marks.

A forensics team found Becky’s body in a pile of trash not long after that.

Uriah was arrested, and he later admitted to killing someone in the second degree.

Uriah was given 18 years in prison by Spokane County Superior Court Judge Tari Eitzen.

The case of a missing person was closed Tuesday when the body of 32-year-old Becky Brosnan was found at a business in East Spokane. Her ex-husband was arrested.

Uriah Brosnan was arrested at his home in the 2600 block of N. Stone on Monday night, around 10 p.m., according to his neighbors. Authorities say that Brosnan led them to his wife’s body, which was found in the 11500 block of E Trent at Ark Commercial Roofing, where Uriah used to work.

Police say that two weeks ago, the couple met in an office at his Ark Commercial Roofing to talk about who would have custody of their two children, ages 6 and 11.

During the talk, they started to fight, and then things got physical. Uriah told the police that he got a hammer and hit his wife in the back of the head. She threw a chair at him, and he got a piece of metal pipe and hit his wife over and over in the head and face until she died.

Brosnan said he then got rid of his clothes, wrapped his wife’s body in black plastic, and dragged it to a lot outside the building that was surrounded by a fence. He is then said to have gone back inside and tried to clean up the blood.

Beck and her estranged husband Urian split up last summer. Uriah moved in with his new girlfriend while Becky stayed in the North Spokane apartment that her family had lived in for years. Both sets of neighbors said that the couples’ fights were legendary.

Uriah Brosnan has said for the last two weeks that his wife just disappeared. As proof that she was still alive, he said that her MySpace page was still active and that her family was getting text messages from her.

Uriah also said that he killed his wife and was using her MySpace account and sending her text messages. Most of this information came from computers and cell phones that were taken from his girlfriend’s house on Tuesday.

Uriah Brosnan has been charged with First Degree Murder and put in the Spokane County Jail.
