It has been stated that she was taken to a hospital in Los Angeles, given an intubation, and is likely to survive despite the fact that the full degree of her burns is not yet known. Surprisingly, before the main catastrophe, she had slammed her vehicle into a garage and refused the assistance of spectators as she continued to put the Mini in reverse and drive away. This occurred before the main disaster.
